| The Challenge Grace Assembly of God required a phone system to be installed that would be expandable as their communication needs grew. The church also had a daycare center with an outdoor playground area that needed to be able to access the telephone system wirelessly. |
| The Solution CSI provided Grace Assembly with an Iwatsu wireless telephone solution, which included cordless handsets that could be utilized by the daycare teachers in the playground area. The phones were programmed with the capability of switching between an automated attendant and a receptionist, to provide greater flexibility for the office staff. Two additional phone lines were added to the system to allow for a greater volume of call traffic. These lines were limited to incoming calls only to prevent all lines from being used for outbound calls and therefore reducing the possibility of busy signals. |
