Integrated Security Technician
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technician from product staging through post development support.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer communication skills utilizing oral, wirtten and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Trains and instructs the customer on proper use of solution
Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics/Equipment Technology or equivalent.
- At least (5) years of related experience preferable with Access Control, Video Surveillance and Intrusion Detection.
- Working knowledge and/or experience with a variety of manufacturer's products, including, but not limited to: Honeywell Intrustion Detection & Access Control, IP Cameras, OnSSI, Genetec, and HID.
- Some knowledge of IP and computer netowrking (CSI is a Cisco Partner with CCNA and CCDA on staff).

Fire Alarm Technician
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technician from product staging through post development support.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer communication skills utilizing oral, wirtten and presentation skills
- Responsibilities may include Pre & Post Sales technical support.
- Support sales teams to evaluate opportunities
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Trains and instructs the customer on proper use of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics/Equipment Technology or equivalent.
- At least (5) years related experience preferable with Fire Systems.
- NICET (Fire Alarm Systems) Level II minimum requirement.
- Working knowledge and/or experience with a variety of manufacturer's products, including, but not limited to: Honeywell Notifier, Simplex, EST, and Siemens.
- Some knowledge of IP and computer networking.
- Some AutoCad experience helpful.

Account Executive
CSI is accepting applications from seasoned and motivated sales professionals to join our account management team.
Primary Role:
Responsible for finding sales opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with customers/clients. Work in concert with the Estimating Support Staff to provide proposals for all projects in our territory that fit the CSI customer profile and product and service offerings. Develop and nurture relationships with current clients and find new clients to develop. Negotiate and close sales. Maintain contact with client during installation and testing procedures to ensure project meets expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell CSI’s full breadth of products and services.
- Maintain contact with current client base.
- Prospecting, using CSI's lead generation database and self-generated sources.
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospects and clients.
- Research and preparation of proposals and bids.
- Procure plans and specifications and if applicable, survey the job site to obtain information on the system’s environment prior to bid finalization.
- Work with estimating support staff to determine system scope and requirements to accurately develop scope of work, bill of materials and include appropriate amount of job-related labor to perform the project while staying competitive.
- Maintain client file of purchases and other pertinent information.
- Attend a weekly sales meeting. (Usually Friday 8:30 AM)
- Attend special meetings outside of typical work hours as it may pertain to the decision making process of the sales. (bid openings, training sessions, board hearings, etc,)
- Attend product and sales seminars which are market and product specific.
- Provide pre and post sale customer service to accounts as required.
- Maintain accurate and current sales activity reports
- Other duties as required or assigned by company management
Accountability:
Accountability will be managed thru the use of sales reports, forecast reports, weekly sales meetings, quarterly sales performance reviews and yearly overall performance reviews. The Account Executive will report to the VP of Business Development. The typical weekly work hours are from 8 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills including; MS Office, Outlook, Email, PowerPoint, CRM and Excel. The ability to proactively find, qualify and sell integrated technologies. Read blueprints and specifications and understand general electrical/electronics terms. A two-year electronics degree or equivalent combination of education and related field experience in low voltage systems. Related system knowledge/experience including nurse call systems, data networks, telephone systems, intercom systems, TV distribution systems, intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, AV and distributed audio systems. The ability to take industry certification courses and pass certification tests. Travel to customer, vendor and end user site is required. Periodic travel to manufacturer location or designated training center may be required.Use of personal vehicle is required with reimbursement for mileage.
